Dr. Sarkar's personal story is a testament to the power of resilience and finding one's purpose through adversity. Having faced the profound personal trauma of losing her mother, she experienced a period of deep despair. However, inspired by her parents' legacy, she found the strength to heal and rediscover her purpose. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering and over a decade of experience in the challenging world of STEM, Dr. Sarkar uses her extensive background to help both men and women build the confidence needed to overcome Imposter Syndrome and enact sustainable change from within.
