The Military Connected Workforce Development Program for Spouses takes into account the unique challenges faced by military spouses due to the military lifestyle, which often disrupts career trajectories. We offer this specialized program to aid in smoothing the transition to civilian workspaces, ensuring participants not only find fulfilling and meaningful careers but also contribute significantly to local businesses, enhancing the economic stability of military families. 

Upon selection to our program, you'll receive tailored support and resources designed to help you develop core competencies (Mindset along with Skillset) and grow your capacity enabling you to put your best foot forward in the civilian workplace.

Program duration – 12 Weeks. The program consists of 6 sessions, with each session held every two weeks.
