For veterans and active-duty members, reintegrating into a civilian work environment presents distinct challenges, given the differences in work culture and expectations. The Veterans & Active Duty Workforce Development Program is specifically tailored to address these issues, helping you prepare for and adapt to civilian professional life. 

ImagiNexGen Institute of Excellence provides you with the tools and strategies needed to confidently manage your careers and work responsibilities. Our program helps prepare you for success in work and life outside of the military. Our program aims to minimize integration challenges and strengthen the financial stability of veterans. 

Upon selection to our program, you'll receive tailored support and resources designed to help you develop core competencies and capacity enabling you to put your best foot forward in the civilian job market.

Program duration – 12 Weeks. The program consists of 6 sessions, with each session held every two weeks.
